3flow came out to my parents last week, my parents are elderly and I asked that the keep in communication with me, they did so they explained it all in detail, broke the price down and gave me time to consider the price before going ahead with the work. I was concerned with the amount so drove out to my parents, They showed me on camera the problem and explained again what they would be doing, I agreed and signed, the gentleman worked hard and cleared the blockage as well as cleaning the mess it left. Reliable, helpful, reassuring, polite, clean, and tidy. fixed price, no hidden cost (even if it was not the cheapest). But after the service we received I would use again.
Called 3flow out at the weekend after another TWO companies had been out and charged me but couldn’t clear it, 3flow said they would try to be here within the hour and they were prompt, keeping in touch via phone. The gentlemen looked at the problem advised me what it was and gave me a FIXED price, I agreed and signed, he kept me well informed and cleared the job, and tidied up afterwards. The price was not the cheapest quote I had but.. saying that you get what you pay for and this was the only company that solved my problem. They were polite, informative, friendly and never once said anything negative about the two previous companies who had failed to clear the blockage. Thanks 3flow.
We had our drain unblocked today No major blockage. Was here for approximately 20-25 mins and was charged £420 pounds. Completely shocked that my wife was charged this amount . Such a shame as the guy that came was efficient and friendly. The website claims that they do not charge for a call out fee even at weekends but clearly they do if we were charged £420 for 20 minutes work . The drain cleared within 5-10 minutes dissaponted we have been over charged.
Had a call out quoted 450 which was exceptionally high then after 30 minutes couldn’t complete the job as he reckons was severely blocked but still wanted half the the fee stay away from this company they out to get much as they can of you bunch of COWBOYS.
5 star service, quick and professional. Problem was solved less than an hour.
