HARP called to let me know the technician could come today and wouldn’t have to wait until the morning to get my A/C fixed. Was sent a text when he would arrive, he arrived on time. Explained everything to me, in language I could understand, not like some companies, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Was a very pleasant experience having him their. He fixed the issue quickly as well. Great job Chris. Thanks again.

Had a new central AC unit installed in an old house. VERY happy with the results. The advice going in was perfect, and the unit must be sized correctly because every room in the house is now comfortable - even on the hottest days. The installers were great - very considerate and leaving no dust or other messes behind. I definitely recommend HARP!

This is the second time that we've used HARP for plumbing and both times we've been super pleased. We had the same technician both times--Shawn L--and he's been great. My husband never gives five stars, but said he'd give Shawn five stars. Our tub faucet is apparently very old, but Shawn was able to find a part that would make it work (and not leak). We'd definitely recommend HARP to others. Professional, great service.

The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing in detail. My kids kept interrupting but Mike was patient and friendly with them. Harp is definitely the my preferred go to. Better service and pricing versus the competition. Have used them for last five years with multiple houses.

AC was broken on a hot day. We appreciated Harps quick and efficient service. Others repair services were scheduling out 2 to 3 weeks. Harp saw us the next day. Matt was able to fix my older central air conditioner. I am currently a happy customer and will definitely call them when replacing the unit.
