We had an issue with the water heater in basement and needed to replace it. Spoke to Joe the service manager and he went out of his way to keep us as a customer. Prices were fair and Chris the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them again.
They came over the weekend to make sure that we had oil, when my husband and I let the oil go down to empty. I am pleased with their service!

Richs has always been great in pricing and excellent in service. Recently had a problem with my furnace and Richs sent out a technician same day and got the problem fixed immediately
