They came out to service our gas heater, no call.out fee quote and were happy to fix our plumbing problem and check all our electrical, and gave a very fair, reasonable quote They arrived on time, very helpful, patiently explaining everything. And came back the next day because we had a concern, which they took their time checking and explaining to us how to tell if their is a gas leak etc. They did everything perfect. Amazing service from the first phone call, no mucking around, quick service. Reasonably priced.. thanks very much.

Just sales people trying to sell you a product because they only cared about making a profit. I even doubt if they know what they are doing. Wouldn’t even look at the problem. Got another plumber. Fixed the problem. Spent $200 rather than $2000 as a replacement. I am very wary of plumbers and any tradies from now on. It’s a stigma, but sadly for me, has been true for a number of times. Just money hungry people trying to rip gullible citizens...

We called them this morning to do some plumbing and electrical jobs and they were here within an hour! I would highly recommend Pat and Robbie for their professionalism and loved that they offered a complimentary assessment of the electrics and plumbing, giving us peace of mind.

They try to utilise 'feeble jedi mind tricks' to read and assess a situation from a distant without close examination and recommend the most expensive option . Got it done at less than a 24% of their recommended so call solution. All call out fees should be ban...if they truly want the job, they should quote a competitive price to get the job done fast and effective.

I wanted a bigger water main, I called a bunch of companies in Sydney. Service Heroes came on time, the rep was clean and professional, we were able to agree on a fair price, they did the work and left the place clean. I wish all of my home improvement projects went so smooth.
