Penguin Heating & Cooling

Penguin was recommended by family. Had an AC and furnace install last week after my old stuff died and a duct cleaning this week. Happy with the prices, installs, and service. See no reason to not keep giving them my business.

No problems with the installation of the new AC unit, BUT the removal of the old system that's another story. The guy was supposed to recover the Freon (that's the law), he just snipped the line and let it spew out.

**EDIT** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! SCAMMERS, FAKE,BOGUS WARRANTIES, SHOTTY SERVICE CALLS **WHEN** YOU CAN GET ONE OR GET THROUGH TO THEM! Sure, they install the machine take your money but then when something breaks down etc, it's like pulling teeth with them trying to get some help, they got our money now they're done with us! 24 Hour emergency line.....A JOKE!! NOT OPEN 24 HOURS AT ALL. Our Air conditioner broke we've been calling for 3 days and NOT EVEN a call back yet they claim to be 24 hours. At least call us and let us know. We've been very loyal customers to penguin for YEARS until now. I have a small dog and sick/disabled older adults living in the house and the heat wave this weekend has been dangerous to their health, so if you actually want service go somewhere else.

I have had my penguin Cooling unit for a couple of months and it's quieter than the other unit. It went fine with their sales rep. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like they chose the best unit for me. Also, the installation team was fast. They were clean, very helpful and instructional.
