I contacted these guys after reading raving reviews but my rapport with them were disappointing. Joshua wasn't the most flattering person to talk to as he was snappy and had a smug attitude to his tone -like do you want my business? I probably should've not hired them but you live and you learn. Anyway, the plumber that came to install the toilet was pleasant to talk to and finished the job swiftly. He did leave a mess in the bathtub, but I think it was an honest mistake as he cleaned the floors. After the job was complete, I paid Joshua and asked for an invoice. He did not pick up his phone, respond to my messages or my emails. It took a whole 3 days for me to get my invoice, and when I finally got a hold of him he said he was busy with other work. Buddy, we all work and are busy. That's the single worst excuse you can give to your clients after they paid you. One thing for sure is that if you're a contractor in Toronto and you have basic customer skills, you will sweep the business because none of these other guys seem like that they can do it.

Morrison Plumbing did a fantastic job start to finish. It was a pleasure dealing and talking to Josh on the phone. The team that came in was pleasant, quick and clean. Out of the 8 places I called, Morrison had the best price on toilet installation/delivery. The plumber showed up on time, was friendly, and did the work quickly, no trouble at all. Good communication and excellent service.
