Highly recommended! They offer quick suggestions through text in times of urgency until someone can get to you. I have texted them during late evening hours and get a response right away. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have had to use them 3 times in about 6 weeks (all different reasons, unfortunate for me) and will keep using them.
First time used this company, and was very happy with every aspect of the experience. Pricing was reasonable and competitive, timely arrival, pleasant and professional, and cleaned up my kitchen perfectly. Will definitely use them consistently going forward. Glad to hear they offer services beyond just plumbing. Will definitely give them those opportunities as well. Don't hesitate going with this company!
5/31/19 - I used New England Service Company again. This time to install 3 faucets in the main and master bathrooms. Again, Dale did a fantastic job. I really like this company because they communicate with you. They called me a few days before my appointment to let me know they would be at my house a little later than expected. I also recieved a call from the Dale as well regarding the time he would at my house. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend New England Service Company. 3/24/19 - New England Service Company is a great company to work with. I accidently put a nail through a water pipe in my laundry room on Sunday 3/24/19. The company returned my call quickly. Dale came out took a look at the damaged pipe and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very personable and repaired the cracked pipe quickly and there was no mess. If you need a plumber I highly recommend the New England Service Company / Dale.
I HAD A BLOCKAGE IN THE SEWER LINE GOING TOWARDS THE STREET AT 6PM. I CALLED NEW ENGLAND SERVICE AND THEY HAD A MAN THERE BY 7:30. HE QUICKLY SAW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND HAD THE LINE CLEARED OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL,POLITE AND LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Needed a meter swap and both valves also. Chris was prompt to respond and worked with valley to get it done within a day. Would highly recommend them to anyone in his area.
