Bob came to the house at our appointed time and set about to solve our problem. He completed the water testing and the analysis was that our water was fine! He was honest about that, ( he could have told me anything and I probably would have believed it). Thanks for the on time service call and the integrity in which you conduct your business! I would recommend them to anyone!

Dave came and installed a common wire for the NEST thermometer. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what our options were. After we made the choice, he was very efficient and able to install the common wire without the need to drill through the walls. My only complaint is the expensive cost of the service ($670) that the company charges. However, Dave was so outstanding that it partially makes up for the costly expense. Overall, I am satisfied that he was able to install a common wire and we no longer have issues with the NEST thermometer.

Tyler is an exceptional employee. He explained everything very clearly & answered all my questions. Also didn’t just replace any item without first showing me why the old item was no longer useful. Also made sure I could retain good service by calling SolvIt for a checkup once a year which I will now do. Give Tyler a raise!!

I had my furnace and hot water heater maintained today. Everything was fine except on motor needed replacement since it was broken. Everything was done in a professional manner. Even my water was checked for Florine balance and was in good shape. I had my air conditioner serviced today and everything was done professionally. Freon was added since it was low and had not been added for many years.
