I have worked with SeptiClean for many years now. Through multiple issues, maintenance and cleanouts, they've always provided me with exceptional service and great customer service. I'm genuinely a customer for life with these guys for as long as I own a septic system.

If I could rate less I would. Having problems with our septic system. Our tanks are bulging from underneath which knocked the pump off. Nothin works. While waiting for the system to be replaced we have to get it pumped. The guy shows up, right away tells me I’m wrong and it’s supposed to be that way. Ok then, explain it to me... nope. He threw a hissy fit. Jumped into his truck and flew out of the neighborhood. If you’ve been doing this for 25 years then you should be able to explain without acting like a child. Our system is broke! Will never use/reccomend this company ever again. Update: just got billed $75. The invoice says I told him not to pump. Umm... your serviceman refused to pump at which point I told him we would find someone else. Ridiculous

Don't trust this group. They accepted my project then never showed up. I left work early two days in a row to have them not show up and they didn't even have the common curtesy to call and cancel. That's all you should need to know. ~MAL

First they come with the wrong truck, next visit they can not find our tank, 3rd visit cancled because someone's mom was sick, 4th no show, 5th no show. Obviously they do not want our business. We will go elsewhere.
