Worley’s is my new one stop shop for HVAC and the other services they offer. I am so glad that Sears Home Warranty selected this company to do the new AC installation. Kevin Fisher and Tyler Andrews were very polite and professional. When they were done it was if they were never here...they meticulously kept the work area super clean while installing the new unit. Kevin took his time to make sure the unit was dialed in perfectly. I wish more service companies operated with the customer driven focus and attention to detail that I witnessed today. Awesome work!!!!!!!!

Worley’s was professional every step of the way. My first appointment was actually from3-5, but Joe finished the one before early and called ahead to see if he could come earlier. When deciding on a unit Joey was very helpful via email and in person. He was also prompt in his arrival. The two employees (I didn’t get their names) who put in my new unit were prompt as well. They cleaned up the work area nicely as well. Today, I had my “happy check”. This is when the owner comes out to check the work and give you all the documentation on your new system. My experience with company has been phenomenal!

I had been on a local A/C maintenance contract for the past 5 years. After continuously lack of service, exceptionally expensive/unplanned repairs and overall frustration with customer service we finally elected to call Worley's last month through a referral from my daughter. We call the office to speak to a bubbly receptionist on the weekend and set an emergency appointment with Jeremy. Jeremy calls us 15 minutes before he gets here to make sure we're ready and upon arrival approaches our latest A/C problem with an unbiased/professional view and solves not only the original issue but, identifies 4 other critical items along the way and fixes them all on the spot. He explained every detail of why some things were happening to both my wife and I and truly blew our minds with his competence and approach to customer service. Impressive! Bottom Line: Thanks to Jeremy and the Worley's team, we are now happily on a new maintenance contract and I sincerely can't believe the difference in how our A/C is working now (best in 7 years). I also now have the confidence to know that I'm going to get a true professional who genuinely cares, knows their stuff and isn't constantly up-selling me. BEST MOVE I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY MADE!!! Worley’s service technicians are professional and personable. Jeremy came out to our house on a Friday afternoon to inspect a faulty drain line. He took the time to explain the situation and give options for fixing it which required special parts and tools not in the service truck. Instead of setting up an appointment for the following Monday he picked up the tools that Friday night and fixed it quickly and professionally. Thank you!

Recently moved into a newly purchased house and it has been nothing but problems. Luckily I found Worley’s! Last issue was with the AC and they sent Joe. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with him; he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything. Due to an additional issue, needed him back the next day, a Friday. He worked until after 9 pm to make sure we had AC for the weekend instead of waiting until Monday to finish. Five stars all the way!
