High Tech Plumbing

I called this company because its down the street from our facility. What a disappointment. Called twice to schedule appointment but no action. Called on a Sunday and the answering service picked up and took my message. No action. Called again on a weekday and was told they would get someone out that same day. It's been two weeks and have not heard. A customer should not have to track down a company for service or follow up to make sure that service is coming.
