STAY AWAY, if I could give him negative stars I would. He charged us $80 to change a valve and said that's all we needed to fix leak. He ended up installing a long thin nipple which made water flow slower. We did not have our faucet sticking out like that. We kept calling him to fix it as leak was still happening. He said it was our new water hose. Richard who is the owner kept saying he would come back and fix it. He never came back and has blocked our phone number. Oh he even installed old parts and wanted to keep our old parts so he can reuse them on someone else work. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and Texas Attorneys General Office. We had to call another plumbing company to come fix it. This new plumbing company even confirmed that these parts were used and the nipple was bent. Homeowners BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.

The cut off to my toilet needed to be replaced and welded. First of all, he didn't arrive at the time he stated he would. He used a "used" part and the cut off still leaks! I have been calling all 4 phone number's listed on his business card and mailbox is full or cannot be reached. Paid too much money for his services and it still does not work! His work is over rated and he over charges!! DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!!

I just wanted to say that this plumber is such a jerk ,our boiler broke 4 days ago so I called him Tuesday and he git paid and still my water heater doesnt work and still hasn't arrived to fix its so depressing taking baths at my daughters hpuse all because this jerk wont come fix our bouler he got paid but no results I qill never call this guy ever afain.Noq we have to pay another plumber to get the hiv dux.

My parents have had a terrible experience with this company, over charged and didn't even fix the boiler correctly , every time they called him he has taken many hours to show up.
