I had a big problem with my old house. All my drains were clogged and backing up into my house. The previous plumber I called blew off my appointment, but Joe was able to get out to my house the same afternoon I called. Great guys! Walked me through what happened and what the problem was and some tips to keep it from occurring again in the near term. Excellent work and quality. Highly recommend.

This company advertises 24 hour service. Apparently that means you can call and leave a message 24 hours. Not have someone available 24 hours. Foolish me. I called with an emergency in the middle of the night and couldn’t connect with a real person nor did anyone call me back.

My sewer line in my yard clogged up and was backing up into the house. Called Clog Master first thing in morning and they came out right away to diagnose my problem. I didnt have a clean out in my house. I scheduled them to unclog drain and put clean out tee in my yard that week. Clog Master did a great job and fixed everything. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Joe and his helper did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We recently had issues with a clogged kitchen drain line. Clog Masters came out the next day and had the issue resolved in less than half an hour. I would recommend them highly for their fast, quality service.

The folks there were very good at getting back to me and communicating every part of the way. Joe who came to my house to fix my problem was super knowledgeable and skilled, as well as friendly and prompt. Very good experience will be using this team from now on.
