A First Call Service Pro technician diagnosed a bad sewer pipe and provided a $5000 estimate to repair. He told me the pipe had failed and absolutely needed replacing. I retained a local company to do the work for half the price. They excavated the area near the pipe only to learn it was in perfect working condition. First Call refused to stand behind their diagnosis. You should be very wary of doing business with this company. The owner, Scott Parr, is not even a licensed plumber and apparently has no business morals.

Very expensive!! Not recommended.
