This company is amazing! They did everything right, which is a first for me. They talked on the phone to give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Set up an appointment, then called later to confirm it. They gave a small window on my service date, so I didn't have to wait all day for them. When they were supposed to come at 11:30-12:30, they called at 11:30 to say they were running late, and I could either reschedule or wait until 1pm when they'd get there. Usually, companies make you wait until the end of the window to find out they are late. When he arrived, he verified again what needs to be done, and got to work and finished it quickly and efficiently, with high quality. Gave me a receipt of work completed, but I didn't pay then. Instead, the company called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Once that was confirmed, they sent me a bill by email, which I paid with Apple Pay (or I could have used a credit card). Very professional from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend them!

First company quoted me a laughable $9000 to replace my 4 ton heat pump. I got the exact same system from Enoch for $6000, probably with better installation. That price is very fair given the time of year and proper installation is arguably more important than the actual system. It's been a month and everything works great. The staff is very knowledgeable and installation took 1 day on short notice.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Team Enoch! They were very easy to communicate with and gave us an accurate estimate ahead of time based on photos and a description of the work we needed done. Our goal was to have an outlet to power a flat TV installed into the brick of our fireplace. Other electricians had told us the fireplace was too thick to install an outlet, so we had resigned ourselves to the fact that the outlet would have to be installed in the wall and a power cord run to the TV (not our first option). But, the electrician from Team Enoch took his time and found just the right spot to install the outlet, in the brick behind the TV, right where we wanted it. It looks great and we're so happy he took the time to do the job right! We would gladly recommend Team Enoch to family and friends.

Juan installed 4 LED can lights for me and they look great. He brought several light options and also showed me how to adjust the light color should I want to in the future. Pics were text to me once the job was completed. I would use this company again.
