David Howard Plumbing

This is my second time calling David. The first time was earlier in the year in regards to a potential frozen pipe. Both times David felt the need to remind me how many clients he had and how many years he had been in business, more so than trying to understand my issue and concern for him coming out. When I tried to understand what his estimate was for a specific instance he refused to give me a roundabout number. He is quick to respond to calls but seriously lacks customer service skills. I would not recommend him to anyone based on that alone.

Came out in a sleet/snow storm and got us out of a jam. Quick, honest, reasonable price for emergency service after hours.

We called David to resolve some issues with the water filter but we had, we were disappointed with face to face customer services skills. I have to say that he did got here fast, got the job done but his personality / temperament was strange. He argued pretty hard with husband at the point that we felt afraid intimidating by the tone of his voice. He totally mistreated my husband with his unfriendly & irritable behavior. Remember: “great customer service is everything. It opens smiles and wallets”

David is very professional, reasonably priced, and very pleasant. He got back to me right away, and fixed my problem quickly. I would highly recommend.
