The staff was friendly I'm very helpful the lady at the door Department was very knowledgeable the products and the service they were offered purchases a garage door opener a Chamberlain for a customer who originally bought it from the store on Port but returned it because she wasn't able to get it installed for about 3 to 4 weeks she needed installed as soon as possible so she called us Advantage overhead garage doors if we would install the garage opener and when could we we told her we were able to do it this Monday morning. She is down happy with her in your garage opener installed

Ordered an oven-paid a deposit for the installation. 2 weeks later they dropped it off without installing. I called in and someone told me the installation was canceled, but that she would get to the bottom of it and give me a call back. 3 days later, with no call, I called back and was transferred around and put on hold for more than an hour. Very unprofessional.
