I have used their services for years. They are dependable, honest, and always do excellent work. I refer them to anyone needing a home repair.

We live in Farragut and have used Smart Fix twice to both exterior and interior work. Their staff is very professional and their work excellent. They show up on time and when they leave your home, it is as neat and clean as when they arrived.

Smart Home Fix for the win! They replaced several boards that were damaged on my deck. It looks so nice now! From the first appointment we scheduled for a quote, to completing the deck, this crew did an awesome job. They were able to make suggestions about the materials we used and now I have boards that will never need to be replaced. Affordable, always on time and finished the work quickly. Left my property clean which I appreciate and the staff is professional. I highly recommend!

I am beyond happy with the work Smart Home Fix did for me this past week. I got several quotes from well respected contractors, and ,on most of the items, they were the best price. More importantly, everything about them seemed more professional. After making the choice to go with them, I am even more happy about the work they have completed for me. I was worried that, with the lower price, it was going to be a lower quality of work. The opposite is true. I just cannot express how happy I am with their attention to detail. I also trust them more. One of the other quotes involved completly redoing my ceiling from the water damage that occured. Smart Home Fix told me that they recommended just fixing the damaged areas. I was worried that it would be hard to match the celinig texture that I had, but I can't even tell where their work ends and my old texture begins. Their honesty in not trying to unnessarily upsell me saved me $1,750. The work they did on my front door ended up being different than what I had envisioned when they explained it to me, and they fixed it to my vision that day, no problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They were able to install two sets of patio doors quickly and correctly. Even with the horrible weather. Would highly recommend and will use their services again in the future.
