2 years ago this company was dispatched by my home warranty company to fix a toilet. It was found that we have very strong water pressure. They installed a pressure regulator. I had some leaking pipes and had a different plumber come out. He found the pressure regulator had been improperly installed and had failed.

Slimy and unprofessional. 2 experiences because my warranty co. only has one contractor in all of Columbia. They are in it for the warranty customer deductible and that's it. First, a simple "check your showerhead" comment would have been sufficient over the phone. Instead, they came out, took the deductible, treated my tenant like an idiot and left within 10 minutes. Second, my plumbing problem was diagnosed as improper installation which equals a denied claim. First of all, it wasn't improper installation, he just said it was and the warranty co. accepted that as gospel. I challenged the guy on his assessment and he said he didn't agree. No consideration, no interest, just wanted to collect the deductible for coming out. The problem was obviously not what he due to the symptoms alone. Upon further investigation (5 minutes worth!), I found the source of the leak myself and made a simple modification to a valve to fix it. These people are sleezy and rude and unbelievably unprofessional.

B&B Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Repair sent a technician to my home to fix our air conditioner. He was able to fix that real quick. I am very pleased with their reliable air conditioning repair service.

We had the Heat Pump repaired a week ago. Paul Bradley was the tech who came to my house. He was fast and efficient, yet took the time to show me what was wrong and explained it to me. I just wanted to say how thoroughly pleased I am with the heat pump service that Paul provided.
