Great service! My warranty company wouldn't send a contractor for a gas leak near my furnace for 10 days. I called WM Buffington and they were at my house in about 2 hours. The technician was very courteous and fixed the issue quickly. They called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with my service, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

After the awesome job WM Buffington did installing our Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioners, we did not hesitate to call them for our plumbing issue. Chad was very knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. Great guy to work with, very personable and you can tell he has pride in his work. We would definitely recommend WM Buffington to anyone needing air-conditioning or plumbing.

Great service! I highly recommend them. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Our Mitsubishi units are the best investment I ever made. They heat and cool our house at a fraction of the cost of conventional heating/cooling systems.

People were very nice. Our service tech, George, was absolutely wonderful! We had to replace the AC coil in our furnace. We will be using them for our annual maintenance from now on, or at least as long as George is there. 3200 for the repair, which is definitely more costly, but they were quick, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. When it comes to big household issues, we're willing to pay more to know that the job is done correctly.
