I am very impressed with Suntech. We needed to have a thermostat replaced, and Suntech had a technician out in just over an hour. Ace, the Suntech technician, was more than we could have hoped for. He very patiently explained what the issue was and more importantly, what caused the issue so we would know how to handle in the future. Ace also pointed out steps that we could take to make our heating and air more efficient. This is by far the best experience we have had with any service call for a home related issue, and we will call Suntech for any future needs, as well as refer to friends and family. Ace was very enthusiastic, obviously takes a great deal of pride in his work, and turned a good service call into an excellent service call. Fantastic experience.
My A/C went out in our house that we purchased 5 months ago. I called our warranty company and it was going to be several days before they would be able to send someone out. It’s August and the upstairs was 85 degrees. I wasn’t waiting several days. Called Suntech. They came out within 30 minutes. Assessed the problem - basically a 20-year-old unit and furnace that needed to be replaced. Came out the next day to install the new units. The three men they sent to do the install were polite and more than competent. Our upstairs is now cool!
I just want to say thank you sun tech heat and air. You showed up early and had my air conditioner working within 30 minutes. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the price of my repair. I will definitely call sun tech heat and air the next time I need service
We have used Suntech services for several years. It has been our experience that they are very good at what they do! Brandon was here today and took care of the thermostat problem. Absolutely amazing service! I was in a desperate need to get my AC fixed it was 80° in my house I’m a single mom of two boys and Sun tech came and saved the day. They are reliable they are amazing and extremely cost efficient I would highly recommend them
