Doerschuk Plumbing & Heating

I have worked with Doerschuk Plumbing for almost 20 years and they have always been fair and honest. They have completed the work requested in a timely manner and invoiced the agreed upon price.

Called Doerschuk spoke with Kay about pricing for plumbing services she said that there is a $50.00 service call charge that would be included in the labor which ever was greater the $50.00 service charge or the $70.00 an hour labor charge, charged on a quarterly rate. Later when I received the bill. I was charged both. When I called her she denied ever saying that, Even though I went over it with her twice. Beware off there over billing. The repair man also charged me for an hour instead of 45 min. They did credited me back the 15min of labor. I wish Kay would of been upfront and honest in the first place, but I don't work with dishonest people.
