Worst company to deal with, they don't follow the terms of their paperwork. They decided they weren't going to do the carpet install due to some old flooring (not wood, more like compressed cardboard) that the employees said was ok, and the paperwork said it would cover. I have pursued the Ohio Attorney General's office over this matter.
