CJ'S Heating and Cooling

I called to get an estimate to replace a hot water tank and a furnace. They gave me a quick over the phone estimate that was outrageous! The other companies I called wouldn't give an estimate without seeing what they were dealing with. Even though the over the phone estimate was really high, I set up an appointment so they could look and give me a written estimate. Let's just say that I waited a half an hour after the appt. Time and no one ever showed up and no one would answer the phone. I shouldn't have wasted my time.

If you need something repaired, Cj's heating and Cooling is the place to go! He did a beautiful addition on my house. When our septic tank backed up, he was right over on a Saturday night to fix it. We also had a bathroom leak and there was no question he was right there! I would recommend him to anyone that needs any heating needs, repairs , drywall or building done!! The owner agreed to complete the installation of a furnace and duct work, and no call no showed the an entire week. He then said he would complete the job the following week and no call no showed once again. Our house is now without heat, and we are scrambling to find someone to complete the job this time of year. The owner does not honor his commitments, is dishonest, and needs to invest in a time management course. I would rate minus/ negative stars if that was an option.

After planning for 8 months, waiting for supplies to come in, made appt. for bathroom installation and Marshall never showed up. I texted him and he never replied not called to cancel or explain. I was left with a scheduled appt. and no one to install the supplies I had bought. IRR Plumbing Supply said they had never heard of such unprofessional behavior and they were embarassed he was one of their clients. He did not have the professionalism to call or even cancel.....I have never had a workman be so rude and irresponsible. NEVER USE HIM AS HE DOES NOT MEAN WHAT HE SAYS AND IS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!!!!
