Alaskan is the best! Hands down! Marcel is an amazing, honest, expert technician, working long hours around the clock to ensure everyone's emergency A/C needs are met. I tried to work with my home warranty to get a tech out to repair my air conditioning unit when it failed a home inspection for a sale. Not only was the contracted tech from the other company ripping me off with more refrigerant than the system is capable of holding, but nothing was actually getting repaired. Multiple visits were required and everyone lost trust. I called back to Alaskan with my urgent request, and Marcel came back out that night to check on my unit, verify repairs, and give everyone assurance that my home was ready for the sale to proceed. I normally never post a review but I feel that one is necessary in this case. Alaskan Plumbing was the 3rd company I called. The first 2 never showed up to the "appointment" When I called Alaskan I was helped promptly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional and most of all the showed up ON TIME and fixed our problem. I am very happy with their service and will be using them for any future services we might need. 5 stars guys, you are my kind of people.
