I had Carlos and Ken come by to do a hydrojet cleaning of my sewer line from my house to the street. They were very thorough, very courteous and made sure my home was as clean as when they found it. Very happy with their service and Zoom Drain in general. Will plan to use again for maintenance in the future. Excellent experience!

The customer service was great at getting back to me and making sure to get back to me after I initially called. I appreciate good service and they did a great job answering my questions kindly and professionally, even working around my work schedule which was very appreciated.

Carlos and his assistant were very polite, knowledgeable, and honest. They explained my options and were not pushy in letting me decide what to do. They even got me a small discount for adding on services that I requested. I have not had the time to test whether they were able to fix my problem, but so far the pipes have been flowing smoothly since they left 4 hrs ago with one of us showering, several flushes, and a sink full of dish washing.
