A Condominiums

We rent our unit, but we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have the best views of NYC from financial district up to times square, the apartments are quiet, meaning you don't hear your neighbors. I love our huge kitchen island and hardwood floors throughout. The parking garage is super safe, the building is about 10-12 minutes walking distance to all three path stations. The maintenance crew is always prompt, and the front desk crew is great if you put in the effort to get to know them. Lots of families and people with dogs in this building. Have gotten a lot of use out of the gym!

The bald doorman is very rude. We reported him to the management multiple times, but he’s still here.

Nice modern condos. Decent gym for a condo building. Rooftop on the 7th floor is decent but facing west so no view of the NYC skyline. No pool, which is disappointing for a pricey luxury condo building. Extremely friendly and helpful concierge staff, though. Overall, a very nice place to live.
