well I had to get a package and an employee over to kck ,deadline 5 hours I contacted Jim at Quick shipper and requested service.i was politely placed on hold for all of three minutes when Jim returned giving me an hour to hour and a half window. Soon, arrived a nicely dressed fellow named Aaron.Aaron picked up the package and delivered it,as well as our sales rep in from out of town, to their destination within one hour of calling.Professional, charming service to say the least. I even enjoyed a follow up call from a rep, Gregarious Hines.Since , we have used and often suggest a driver,Nina who is as charming herself,as this great little company.
