First Response Restoration, Water Damage Minneapolis Specialist

I had a sump pump failure and ran into water flooding in the basement. I reached out to First Response Restoration company, Jeff called me right away. He was able to answer all my queries and planned out the next steps very well. Anthony is very knowledgeable and he did the amazing job. These guys are really great !!!

All these great reviews, but I wish I saw the last review before signing on the dotted line because so far TWO times Anthony scheduled work to start on our home and no-call no-showed me... Not even a courtesey text saying they have to reschedule. Work still hasn't started, Anthony still hasn't called me back with a reason why he no-call no-showed on a customer for the SECOND time, and after my conversation with the owner, I sure hope Anthony figures things out because I am NOT happy right now!!

So I had flooding in May and I called these guys and they came out right away, which was great. They helped demo the basement, down to studs and concrete. Then the dry out and disinfect portion of the project was supposed to start. They left my box fan going in the basement and left. For 2 days I heard nothing. I finally called the headquarters and asked if it was standard practice to leave only a box fan to dry out an entire basement that had about 6 inches of standing water, Jeff said no and got Anthony to finally return my call and come out with actual fans and a plan to come out on Thursday between 2 and 4 to get the fans and all of the stuff they pulled out of my basement. I got off work to meet them at my house and Anthony didn't show up or call. I finally called him at 5 and he said his trailer was getting fixed so he couldn't do it that day. I won't go into any more detail other than to say that the same type of thing happened 3 more times. Still made me pay thef price. lack of communication and poor project management was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Anthony and team were awesome! After finding asbestos in our floor tiles, the contained the area and extracted the hazardous tiles. They also managed the trash pick-up to ensure the waste was handled properly. Would highly recommend.

Great service and attention to details. These guys went above and beyond. Very grateful.
