Nope. These fools actually wanted to charge me $89 just to give me a price quote on installation of a heat pump unit! They need to fix their website, because when you click on "SCHEDULE ESTIMATE", the tab clearly states "Schedule free estimates". There seems to be no shortage of other HVAC contractors who are more than happy to give free estimates.

Wish I could give them 0 stars but not an option...Called in a pickle and was glad when they finally answered! They have long service wait times and when you call to get updates you just get a you are still on the list but no actual length of arrival. When the service technician finally arrived he was here no longer than 10 minutes no tools just came in and knocked on things on the furnace with his hands and said yep this is it or its this...parts cost $400 a piece and you need two parts but I suggest you just replace the furnace ???????????? and charged us $80 no paperwork or anything. Luckily we got a second estimate and got it fixed reasonably and only one part in less time than it took home comfort to get here...check around people and maybe not get money hungry companies that look out for just them and not hard working people in a pinch...shame on you home comfort experts

We called a different company first to check our AC unit. First tech said we were low on freon but since there was ice on the a-coil he wouldn't add any because it could damage outside unit, that he would send someone else next day to add freon. Next tech came next day said it didn't need freon but compressor was bad so needed whole new unit instead of just a compressor since there is going to be a change over of type of refrigerant and would call in morning with quote. After they called price was so out of site I called Home Comfort Experts for a second opinion. Adam came out to measure and asked what problem we were having. After telling him what we had been told he called for a tech to come check it free of charge. James came that same afternoon, checked it out. Freon was full and compressor was working fine. Problem was not enough air flow into a-coil . Change a few ducts and we are good to go. Thank you Adam and James for being so honest. We will recommend your company to everyone we can.

This company recently installed a new mini split system for us. He work was done very professionally. Friends and Family have commented on how beautifully the install was completed especially in hiding the linesets. Although the system had a few initial issues, Home Comfort responded right away in addressing the issues and have been trouble free with the system for about year now. Maintenance was just completed by a rep from Home Comfort and he did a marvelous job with the tune up.

Home Comfort Experts transformed the comfort level in our home from an old AC & furnace that had our house at a hot a muggy 78° to a consistent 75 with 55% humidity, even on those 95° days. Winter is around the corner. I dread the sloppy slushy mess and blinding lake effect snow that comes with living in Michigan. I'm sure our home will be much warmer, even during those stretches of -10° days! With the high efficiency furnace they installed, I can't wait for those lower gas bills too!
