Met up with Ben two months ago to discuss a full sewer replacement job which was jackhammering our basement, digging up whole front yard, and replacing main sewer line. He told me then that we could have it done by the end of August. Called him back a few weeks later to get an idea of a date and pay a down payment to secure said date. Ben told me not to worry about a down payment and that he could for sure get it down by the end of August and that he would have his secretary call me to go over some things. Secretary never called and I left voicemail messages which Ben never returned. Finally got a hold of him just now and it's all of a sudden fall before we can do anything because he has higher priority jobs. So thanks for wasting my time when I could have already had it done and not be dealing with sewage back ups. Maybe he's good at doing foundations, I don't know, but I would not recommend wasting your time on doing anything sewer related with him or his company.

Can't say enough good about Ben and his crew! He responded to an emergency sewer situation and did a fantastic job! Through no fault of his he was out several times trying to locate lines and things and worked late one night to get it all back together for us! Very punctual and honest. Did a great job installing a new sump pump discharge line and then cleaning up afterwards. Will use again.
