Home Services at The Home Depot

Home Depot in Reading outsources a company called ACS (American Carpet South) based out of southern New Hampshire for carpet installations. If you purchase a carpet from Home Depot please find your own company to do the installation. ACS has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Their customer service is rude and untrustworthy. Their installers screwed up a job twice and three weeks later it still hasn't been fixed. I've had two different crews work on installation hoping it would be done right. None of them can speak English. After submitting a claim with Home Depot the first time, I never received a call back and I was forgotten about. Filed a second claim after the installation was done wrong again. Hoping Home Depot can do something about this immediately before I cancel and ask for a full refund. I would suggest going elsewhere when looking to purchase/install a carpet.

These kitchen cabinet refacing people are really annoying. Every time I'm in there I get approached by a salesman asking if I've "heard about today's promotion." Yes, yes I have. It's the same fn promotion every day and I'm not interested. Quit asking.
