Mark was referred to me by a trusted friend (who was unavailable; also a longtime business partner & friend to Mark) to replace a $650 water heater for my Priest’s home. Mark price-gouged my Priest charging $1,750 for the job; lied to the Priest saying the tank cost $1,250 (easily disproved with the model number & quick Google search, duh!) If that’s not bad enough, he betrayed his partner/friend by then lying to him saying he charged $1,000, pocketing the rest. Work quality is ok, ethics quality? A special place in Hell awaits lest he repent. PS I also learned he helped himself to their refrigerator, looked in their freezer, and also snuck away to their upstairs, going from bedroom to bedroom! For what business reason? Monkey Business is the only answer. To quote a previous reviewer “Stay Away!”

Stay away. Contracted to replace my boiler at my house. I prepaid for over $12,000 for parts. Cheaper parts were delivered and he never showed up to do the job. Can't use the parts. Going to take it up with the authorities. Recommend to stay far away.
