The others immediately started with the sales pitch and were not clear on what was needed. It's hard to find good people and these are good people.

Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and professional not only resolving our problems but thoroughly testing the solution before he was satisfied the job was complete. In addition he left our laundry room cleaner than when he arrived.

I used this service today and know that I made the right choice. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Made me an appointment the day after I called them. I was offered a same day appointment but I was at work and couldn't accept it. Had the pleasure of meeting Steve who was not only knowledgeable but friendly. Got in and got out in less than an hour with the problem fixed! I will definitely use them in the future.

Chase Plumbing personnel were the best during my recent flooding tragedy. The first person to respond was fantastic and was great at explaining things to me along the way. I am a new homeowner and not so knowledgeable as to how all the systems work, and he had everything up a running in no time flat. Jane and Steve were equally great in restoring my basement to a dry and germ free place. I appreciate all the efforts and the reasonable price even when it was on the weekend.
