If zero stars were an option, that’s what we would be going with here. There was a “glitch” in the system and our backflow report (completed 6/6/19) was never sent to the city of Meridian and we were told that you no longer had the report. Our water got shut off and there was no apology or attempt to reconcile the issue. Ended up having to go with a competitor to get the job done right.

I've been with them for a few years my backflow tested and sprinklers blown out. They work well with getting my invoices and communications promptly and electronic. They make things convenient and do a great job.

Thanks for losing my paperwork and not reporting to city of meridian. Just had my water shut off because of a non report from you.

When I went to turn on my sprinkler system this spring there was a leak in the main valve (30 year old system) Pacific Backflow came out did an assessment and it was a "major" deal. We where, actually, more concerned about having the yard seriously dug up then the anything else. They came out replaced and updated the main and the drain and when finished you could, just tell, that some digging had occurred but the landscaping was wonderfully maintained. Great job and much appreciated.

Pacific Backflow came out a few days ago to test our backflow unit. 100% hassle-free and I've found this is rare in Boise. The technician showed up at the appointed time, let us know he would test the unit in our backyard and if there was a problem then he would let us know, otherwise he would leave and send us the report and invoice. A detailed report was mailed out that evening and an easy-pay invoice online. I appreciate this, a small business in Boise using 21'st century technology to make this experience hassle-free deserves a good review. Thanks!
