Thompson & Thompson Service Group

Our AC started freezing up and we had them come out to service it. Dylan the technician came out, spent a good hour and a half cleaning the coils thoroughly. He even took off the covers and took them outside and sprayed them with the hose and dried them off. He then went around back and cleaned up our outside unit. All the while explaining what he was doing, why and what it means. He then gave my some discounts to use next time which I definitely will! He was friendly, professional and efficient! As was the woman I spoke on the phone with to set up the appointment. I told her I have a 3 month old baby at home and couldn't afford to let the house heat up too much and she did her best to get me the earliest slot available but what I really liked is that she noted for me to be first on the list to call if they had a cancellation. As I think we all know, good work is hard to come by now a days; I highly recommend Thompson and Thompson!

The men worked tirelessly to fix the lights in my parking lot. It was a tough job but they were on it! We'll definitely continue to use them in the future!

Had a clogged sink! Needed to get started on Christmas cooking but couldn’t. Called up and Amanda sent Danny and John out. They fixed my sink in no time at all. Reasonable prices. Great, fast, and efficient service. I couldn’t have found anybody to match the attention I received from these guys! I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs from here on out! Thank you!
