the worst Home Depot that I have visited, rude personal and nobody wants to work in this place, if you need attention you must supplicate to the Home Depot personal
On Monday, I walked in, and I ordered an over the range microwave and paid for installation. The sales rep ensured me that I would have it installed by Friday. Here it was Wednesday after 5pm, and I hadn't received a call to even schedule the installation. Therefore, I called the store. I could not get to anyone for an hour. No one ever answered the phone. I would be on hold for about 10-15 minutes, then it would hang up. After my class at 8 pm, I drove to the store to get a refund of the installation fee of $129+ tax. Well, the customer service rep didn't even know how to refund it. Know one there knew how to refund it! They took my name and number and passed it on to the lead customer service who is the "only" person who knows how to refund installations. Ridiculous!!! They assured me once again that she could refund it over the phone since I paid with my debit card. Again, another lie! When she called me, she told me that I had to come back to the store to process the refuting Thursday! Do Not trust Anything these salesman tell you, and do Not order or have appliances installed by Home Depot. Go elsewhere like lowes, Sears or ikea.
THIS HOME DEPOT SUCK. I PAID FOR MY CARPET TO BE MEASURE AND TOLD THEM TO CALL MY CELL PHONE FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THE MEASURER CALLED MY HOUSE PHONE, AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP ON THAT DAY. I PAID FOR MY DOORS TO BE MEASURED, THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR SEPTEMBER 1st. IM STILL WAITING, I TOOK THE DAY OFF TO HAVE THIS DONE. GO TO CONYERS, WESLEY CHAPEL IS THE PITS.
