Brien was extremely responsive and helpful in clearing out an open permit issue so that I could sell my home. He was persistent in working with the City and flexible with timing based on my schedule. Highly recommend this company.

This company is awesome. Imagine my surprise when I called a handyman and they conducted themselves as an actual company. From scheduling the appointment to providing alerts as to when the handyman was on their way. Greg gave us an itemized estimate the day he came to look at it. We were able to schedule him to come back the very next week and he was done within a few days which was great because we had some serious wood rot that affected 7 windows. His work was amazing and he was very courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again.
Ben did an excellent job of installing new windows in my sons home. He was friendly, professional & kept us informed of every step of the installation. He cleaned up afterward as if he hadn't even been there. Brian, the owner kept us informed as to when the windows would be delivered & installed. I definitely will call Handyman Connections for my next project. I also felt the price was very reasonable.
I called Handyman connections on Thursday to set up an estimate to come out and give me a quote for a doggy door. The lady who took down my information kept messing up my name and email address. I could not have been more clear. I had an estimate scheduled at 1pm today. No one ever emailed or called to confirm the estimate. I called them once before 1pm, and the call center said they would be there at 1pm. At 1:20pm I called again. I then received a call back from the person who was supposed to come out and give me an estimate saying it could be 30 minutes or an hour, and they did not know. I said for them to give me a call when they would be out. They still have not called back. This was a complete waste of my time. I would beware before you call for an estimate to look at anything that you might be done at your home.
