I called Jason for an emergency plumbing issue on Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend. He came out right away (literally, within minutes, because he's right up the street from me). He quickly got to the root cause of the problem. It turned out to be a leaky drain pipe in the basement ceiling, which he found and fixed within an hour.

After using Jason for a 2nd repair job he politely thanked me for calling him back. This week we had to have our indirect water tank replaced. His price was better than our oil companies price.
