Ralph was great! Showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He got my issue resolved and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Dealing with the staff at Statewide Septic was such a pleasure. From beginning to end from the permit process to completion was like any Summer Vacation trip you can have taken. Tell you the truth I didn't even have to be there as they handle the whole process like true champions. When I was not around they even send me pics of the process. Smooth! I recommend highly ask for Terisa, from cleaning the septic to replacement, I used both services from them...thank you guys!

Terisa is irreplaceable, she needs to be duplicated. If she ever becomes single, I am next in line, with a bouquet of chambers, so she could take care of all my septic tank needs. (Smiles) hahaha
