As an employee for EE&G I am very pleased with the business and all of my CO-Workers. We work as one big family. We do our very best in getting these homes back to normal. We care about every single one of our customers. Do whatever it takes to exceed in the satisfaction of the homeowners. I personally would use this service for my own home and my loved ones homes.

EE&G is a wonderful company. From the technicians that do the physical work to the office personnel you have to deal with. The Project Manager really made sure I was happy.

I called and left a voicemail with my phone number and nobody ever called back.

Initially I was pleased. Quick response in coming to dry out the water damage. Then it all went downhill. I thought they were supposed to repair the damage, my contract said they were going to. They didn't. Weeks passed and I didn't hear anything from them. Out of nowhere a new sales guy from the company calls and asks if he can come out and look at the damage. He says he would submit the paperwork to the woman in the office and she would try to get extra money from the insurance to cover the damage repair (again, this repair was supposed to have already been done). Weeks pass AGAIN, AND NOTHING. I reach out to the office woman and she says he never gave her the paperwork. She'd get onto it and update me. Still another few weeks pass and NOTHING. No repairs, like promised. Poor communication. And my kids wall has a gaping hole in it with no drywall because they never fixed the damage like they said they would. VERY DISPLEASED.

Two men from EE& G Restoration showed up at my mothers house within a few hours of a freak hail storm in Indialantic , Florida on March 27th, 2019. Raymond and Fernando. They were both extremly polite to me and my elderly mother. They got to work immeadiately after surveying the damage. You could tell right away they knew what they were doing and didn’t waste any time getting the job done. The big front jalousey windows glass broke and there were gigantic pieces of broken glass that fell out of the window and the cold air was blowing through. They were extremely efficient and did not harm anything around them while they set up sawhorses outside the window and proceeded to cut wood planks to size the window. The technique they used to board up the windows was something I have never seen. They sandwiched the window with the wood on the outside of the window frame, and then put 2-3 2x 4’s across the inside of the window(against the interior wall, on the inside of the house), and then drilled hole in the wood first, so they could screw very large 1/2” threaded rods from the outside and through the broken paynes of glass and into the 2x4’s on the inside of the house that were up against the walls. It was extremely secure and I think it would hold up during a strong hurricane! Everything was precise and clean and exact. They did not act irritable like a lot of construction people like when they are working on a tedious job like this. They came to us every step of the way telling us what they were going to do next and why and if we had questions and also if we agreed to what they wanted to do. Just incredible! Then a few days later I called their boss Dave, I think the owner of the company or manager, and he spent time on the phone and was super nice, knowledgeable and kind. I wish so much that all the construction related companies had people like this! It was a traumatizing day going through that hail storm , but by the end of the day we felt better because of the great job they did and also all the kindness. Thanks to all of them for being so respectful to my elderly mother! Will definitely be highly recommending this company whenever possible! Oh and Chelsea the Field Tech was also extremely kind and efficient! Thanks again to all of you!
