Reliable Water Filtration

I needed a new water system for my well water. Tony came out was prompt and courteous. He provided me with an estimate for the new system. We approved it and he ordered it and installed it the very next day. After it was installed he explained everything on the new unit. Extremely happy with his company and his services.

Extremely dissatisfied If i could put zero stars i would. My mother called to get an estimate for replacing the water softener. All she wanted was an estimate, 2 days later he called saying he bought everything. Since he had bought everything she let him do the job. He came in to do the work. It took him several days to do the work because he didn't have the right parts. He tried to put a new faucet that didn't match what was there. He never gave an option for a color. When the faucet color was rejected, he told her she was going to have to pay extra for a different faucet. Come to find out, there were other color options with the kit purchased. If he were a true plumber, he could have used the existing faucet. When the job was finished, he was paid. A receipt was given paid in full. A few days later a certified letter was sent saying if the faucet wasn't paid, a lien would be put on the house. She tried to call him to come fix the work done wrong, there was a leak. He refused to come fix his work. Another plumber had to be brought in to fix his mess. He doesn't allow the customer to have options for what gets put in their own house. He charges extra for something that should have been an option in the 1st place. He doesn't stand behind his work. How do you threaten to put a lien against someone for a part that should have been an option. Very sad to try and take advantage of the elderly.
