Extremely unsafe and unprofessional staff. Their team was removing three trucks from the JW Marriott Marquis/Wells Fargo building on Tuesday Morning, November 13 2018. One gentlemen was standing in the middle of the road, no signage, no cones and no acknowledgement or usage of hands from the gentleman while backing their trucks out of the building. As the cars approached the gentleman started yelling at them to stop. When the cars stopped he continued to yell at them. Myself and other drivers jumped out to say the he needed to be more aware of what he was doing on the middle of the street and some sort of signs or signals need to be used. As we spoke to the gentleman another employee jumped out of his truck and ran at the cars with an aggressive and threatening demeanor. I would be worried about these employees doing any sort of work on my home or business.
We were so happy with AAA’s service! Prompt, professional, thorough! The office staff was very nice and easily reachable. We hired them for a pre-purchase inspection and we’re very impressed with the level of service we received. Robert and his colleagues we polite and explained to me what was being done and what was found. They also cleaned up the site where they did the inspection and left it looking neat. We received the report quickly. The price of the inspection was very reasonable. Will recommend to anyone needing an inspection or septic services!
Horrible company!!! Does not want to help at all and the customer service is very bad..i do not recommend them at all
Sewage backup in bathtub... a property manager's most dreaded repair request. Called AAA Above All Sun Gold on a Saturday and they were out within the hour, identified the problem with the septic system and fixed it right away. Responsive, reliable, experts at what they do AND they are super nice!!!
Do not call them. They looked around at my system for 20 minutes before telling me they could not help me, then charged me $130 for being unable to do anything for me. I don't mind a company not being able to fix everything, but I do mine them charging $390/hour to not accomplish anything.
