Awesome people very honest and caring of their community. I’m terminal when they found out I had septic backing up they came the same day pumped it took pics explained it to my husband as he went along. Will always use them. There is a reason why they’ve been in business this long and still going strong. Sooo honest. Thanks gator septic.

Extremely rude receptionist. First receptionist who connected my call to schedule a grease trap cleaning was very kind and soft spoken. The second receptionist (in the particular department I assume), had a very rude demeanor. Instead of being PROFESSIONAL, she chose to answer the questions being asked with lots of rude sarcasm. I dealt with this company a few years ago and I never remembered the receptionist being this rude. Customer service is EVERYTHING! Not just direct contact with the public but also your manners on the telephone. I guess she was never taught how to talk to people. Be careful who you let represent your business. She could be making you loose customers.

I have used A1 Gator for my residential household services for the last 8 years. I had enjoyed the friendly and personal custom service up until now. My experience begins a month ago. I called to make an appointment for my septic pump out and was told by the customer service person that they did not schedule appointments. So I asked am I suppose to wait around all day? The response was we will give you 30 minutes notice. Strike one. I should have stopped now and went with another company but I am a creature of habit and in the past received fantastic customer service from this company. Two weeks later I call for service. I was told the service would cost $295.00. I had a service coupon from my last service which brought the amount to 285.00. This amount was higher than my last service but I thought about my previous experience and went ahead with it. The day of the pump out the driver called me and showed 45 minutes later. The driver did a good job and was friendly. While the driver was at my home I called A1 Gator and told them the driver was finished and gave them my credit card over the phone. I confirmed with the representative that the amount was 285. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I get my credit card statement and the charge was 351.06. What? I called and spoke to a manger who assured me it would be take care the following Monday. On Monday I receive a call from a representative who told me that my tank was larger than usual and that I was told initially that there would be a charge for anything over that. Wrong. At no point did anyone at this company tell me that there would be an additional charge. Furthermore, I have yet to receive an actual invoice detailing any charges. So I authorize a charge for 285 and somewhere along the line the representative without my authority decides to charge my card 351.06? This is unprofessional and borderline criminal. The representative assured me a refund would be returned to my card but 4 days later I have yet to receive anything. I am now contacting my credit card company and initiating a complaint. Unbelievable. What a complete turn around from my past experiences with this company.

I contacted A1 Gator on Sunday, they called back early the next day, and scheduled for the early afternoon. Very quick and professional, the Tech “Sharby” sp.? was VERY nice and polite, answered all my questions and was excellent to deal with. Thank you for great service!
