One of the employees named Jimmie referred me to his company. I called and spoke with Greg on Monday about my situation and he had an employee come right out the very next morning first thing. The employee Scott was very nice and professional. I would recomend this company to anyone in need. Thank you staff, excellent service and thank you Jimmie for the referral.

I forgot the name of the fine gentleman who took care of my family and he went above And beyond on everything he did answered all my questions was very friendly efficient and even took time to help take up extra metal that I had over the entering port so that my grass could grow I will use Averett again and I thank them for their great people

Awesome service... called and got an appointment 2 hours later. Tyler was super professional and helpful!! He fixed the issue immediately! Also they don’t price gouge.. worth every penny.

The man that came was real nice, sonny was very kind d and worked me In to a full scheduled day for my emergency pump. I had a bad experience with another company the day before and Averett made it right and took care of me. My tank got pumped sealed and covered back up in a timely manner. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks for putting my stress at ease.
