I was calling around to get prices. Talked to the lady that answered the phone on a price to have my septic cleaned out. Was told if the tank is more than 700 gallons there will be a 33cent extra charge per gallon. That 's stupid how am I supposed to know how many gallons my tank is. She replied well we need to make money and it should be $500 hundred for a septic to be cleaned since the gas cost so much and really not making any money. Customers beware of this one, looks like there only out to dig deep in your pocket, no thank you for this company
When I first called to get estimate I asked if the $300 would include the filter as I had read some reviews so the first girl said yes that included the filter, then when I called back to pay as I had to go to work the second girl who I assumed was the daughter by the way she talked ask me if the first girl had told me about the $10 debit card charge I said no she never mentioned it so the girl told me she would waive it as long as I would give them good reviews so I repeated I'm only authorizing 300 and she said okay $300. Well after the service was done I called back then I talk to the third lady who i believed to have been the wife of the owner and she argued with me about the $10 after I told her the whole story. She said I had a larger filter that required more money so they just didnt charge for that. So another words when somebody tells you to only charge the account $300 they don't care what you say they're going to charge you what they want because they got your information. And also I don't understand why they chg anything when the money got paid to them immediately.. the office staff makes the company look unprofessional especially with the owner being so rude to me for no reason...... you need the $10 that bad so be it....... Completely unprofessional from owner to receptionist....did not even have proper equipment to remove lids...and then wanted to charge me for a whole new tank...stay clear
the lady who pick up my phone she is not polite even they are expensive
