Do not order windows through Home Depot!!! I've never seen a bigger disaster! They will write up your contract wrong, lose windows, send installers with no experience to your home, not complete the work, do the work in correctly!! I have new warped ceils ( not put in flush) and water is coming into my house! They management won't resolve any issues and will intimidate and send you rude emails while you will be left scrambling to hire someone to fix the entire installation!! I'm done with the zero level of professionalism and lack of disregard to customers!!!

While Home Depot has good prices and friendly store staff, there installation outsourcing with Home Solutions is the absolute worst. We purchased flooring on 4-5-2017, Home Depot failed to place the order which was then received on 5-12-17. Installation was scheduled for 5-25-17, we received a call yesterday that it is being rescheduled for 6-7-17. It appears they must only have one crew for floor installations and do not care about the inconvenience they create for their customers. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

Magda rocks in the kitchen design department. HD is fortunate to have an employee with her knowledge and personality.

Went here to get a door installed at our house. It will officially be over 3 months from our order date to our install date. Not only that, but the original Home Depot installer (or Home Depot contractor I should say) took our entire door frame out before realizing the initial door wouldn't fit. Which means we have plywood nailed up as a "door" until the new door is installed. November in Colorado is cold, so that draft should feel great. Bad service department (at least in the doors), bad suppliers (1-2 month wait for door), and horrible contractors.
