Called for same day service to install garbage disposal the on call person called with every excuse and straight lies as to why he couldn't do the work not one solution offered. I ended the conversation because it was all about him and not about the paying customer... I strongly recommend using someone else.

I called 3 times trying to book an appointment for service but secretary kept hanging up. I guess they don't need the money.
