I’ve worked with Joel and Company numerous of times and I must say Joel and his entire staff are friendly, professional and most important they are easy to work with. I work long hours so most of the time I wasn’t home while construction was being done to my home. Joel is a hard worker and always made sure that I was kept up to date on the construction process. Joel & Co. Construction is a wonderful company to hire. The house looks absolutely amazing. The quality and workmanship speaks for its self and is a credit to Joel and his team of workers. This was a complex project (hillside renovation) that entailed structural engineering with steel and concrete reinforcing. It took approx. 5 months and the process was painless. I am100% satisficed and I’ve already recommend them to friends mines.
