I've been a Sol Wave customer for almost a year and my experience has always been positive. Yesterday, I noticed an issue with my system so I called to schedule a service appointment. The service tech, Harrison, showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, resolved the issue and cleaned up the mess the problem had caused. I contacted Sol Wave Water to help me address a hard water problem with a commercial boiler. Santa Barbara has some of the hardest water anywhere and it kills boilers. The Owner (Steve) visited my property and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about hard water. I received a fair price and after I accepted it, the new advanced water softener was installed shortly after. I like keeping business local and I highly recommend Sol Wave Water company.

Sol Wave Water just installed a water softening system at my home. I must say that Steve, Kevin and Josh have the best customer service. I was receiving tank delivery for years! Steve came out, test my water which was completely hard just two days after my delivery! Sol Wave Water suited my house up with a super efficient water softener, salt delivery (so I don't have to worry about it!), a full filter change on my existing drinking water system and ran an ice line to my subzero. The ice line had been a challenge for the last company that tried and they never finished the job. Sol Wave Water ran the new line in the under belly of my home. I know this was not an easy task! Sol Wave Water was determined to get the job done and they did! I have nice fresh, clean ice. Steve, Kevin and Josh delivered just as they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend Sol Wave Water for a moment. Steve and his crew have over 22 years of experience in the water treatment industry and know our water and can absolutely give you the correct combination of equipment.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. I gave them a call and they came out the same day to inspect our plumbing configuration in order to install a reverse osmosis water filter. Then they came back the next day to install it! A very painless process. The best part is we now have water we feel great about drinking. The water in SB has notoriously high solids. This is really hard on the body and made us nervous to drink. Now we have fresh, great tasting water on tap at all times. We are really happy we called Sol Wave.
